General Information
- The outer case/box is for protection only. Minor scratches, dents, or discoloration on the case/box are not considered defects and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refunds.
- If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, the entire order ships together when all the items are available. We do not split shipments within a single order. If you want to get the in-stock items sooner, please place them in a separate order.
- Estimated shipping dates may change due to the manufacturer's schedule. If a delay occurs, we will notify you via email.
- Order benefits are extremely limited and may end without prior notice.
